Meeting between president Kirchner and governor of the central bank, Gay.

Today, monday 8, 2003, the president of Argentina Nestor Kirchner and the governor of the Argentinean Central Bank (BCRA), Prat Gay, will decide whether Argentina uses reserves to honor US$2.9 million in debt with the IMF. This is an important event, because it the debt is not honored, the negotiations with the IMF can come to an abrupt halt and push Argentina into another crisis.
